Modules
on for Thrive while we test; add-ons for everyone elseCharter brokerage
Intake, sourcing, quotes, booking gates, ops, closeout. The core.
Owner services
Owner trips at cost plus fee, the owner portal, charter approvals on managed tails
Jet card
Card products, members, hours ledger, card trips with their own gates, member portal
Part 91k fractional
Shares, owner hours, interchange, monthly management, program scheduling
Client portal
Trips, documents, invoices, approvals on your domain
A module off means its screens, its gates, its rail item, and its portal pages don't exist for that tenant. Nothing is greyed out; it's simply not there.

Owner trip

Rules
what Airbroker does without askingAutomation
off by default · each one has a manual path that ships firstRead a client reply as a yes
Airbroker flags a text or email that reads as an acceptance. You still click.
Read asks and fees out of vendor email
Manifest requests, call-out and de-ice fees surfaced as a card. You still decide comped or billable.
Match incoming trip sheets to trips
By routing, dates, and FL3XX code. Otherwise you attach it by hand.
Parse free-text intake
Route, dates, passengers from a sentence. Always a draft you confirm.
Send nudges on schedule
Drafted for you either way; on, they go without a click.
Send the final at T-48h
On, it goes by rule; off, Now reminds you.
Day-of texts: wheels-up, touchdown, post-trip
From tracking. Off, you send from the day card.
Draft the good-to-book and please-book emails
Always drafted; on, sent with the 7-second hold instead of your click.
Rule: Airbroker never does anything to a client or a vendor you didn't press a button for. Everything above is a convenience on top of a manual path, per tenant.

—
joanne@flythrive.com
Not connected. Joanne can connect from her profile. Until then, vendors who write to her directly land nowhere.
Personal
Forwarding addresses, for anything that can't connect: in@thrive.airbroker.io for the brokerage, thrive-151@in.airbroker.io per trip. Anything sent from Airbroker is BCC'd automatically so replies come home.
Personal mailboxes are never stored in full. Airbroker keeps a message only when it files it to a trip, client, vendor, or teammate; everything else it forgets after a duplicate check. Each person sees a weekly receipt of filed, skipped, and asked.

Green switches are money. A role with none of them sees the trip, the channel, the ops, and the client, and no numbers anywhere, including in chat. Rename a role by clicking its name.
